When reading these terms and conditions ‘we’ or ‘retailer’ means Mydivan.co.uk.

Cashback is available only on purchases of selected brands:

• Giltedge Beds – 1% cashback

• Healthopaedic – 1.5% cashback

• La Romantica – 2.0% cashback

• Dura Beds – 1% cashback

2. Qualifying Purchases •

Cash back applies to qualifying products purchased at full price during the promotional cashback period.

• Discounted, clearance, or display items are excluded unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment of Cashback

• Cashback will be calculated on the net purchase price (excluding delivery charges, add-ons, or additional services).
• Cashback will be issued via the original payment method within 30 working days of order completion/delivery.

4. General Conditions

• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for store credit or combined with other promotions unless specified.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
• In case of returns, exchanges, or cancellations, cashback may be withheld or reversed.

Important Cashback Information

We work hard to keep our cashback details accurate, but rates and information may occasionally change without notice. If you purchase products from multiple cashback bands in the same order, the lowest cashback rate will apply to your full basket total.

The retailer reserves the right to take action, including legal measures, to prevent or address fraudulent or unlawful use of our website.

Cashback is only available as displayed at the time of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time at the retailer’s discretion.

1. Eligibility • To qualify for Cashback, you must be a UK citizen and resident. • You must hold a valid British bank account.

2. Genuine Purchases • Cashback is only available on genuine purchases. • Repeat, bulk, or non-genuine purchases may not qualify. • All transactions are subject to the retailer’s discretion in determining whether they are genuine.

3. Exclusions • Cashback does not apply to sale items, promotional items, or discounted products. • Cashback may be declined if all or part of your order is returned, amended, or cancelled.

4. Payment of Cashback • Cashback will only be paid to the individual who made the original purchase. • Repayment will only be made back to the original payment method used.

5. Discretion • For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding any other provision in these terms and conditions, the payment of Cashback is always at our sole discretion. • We reserve the right to refuse to pay Cashback for any reason. • We accept no liability for Cashback being withheld where a retailer deems a transaction disingenuous.
