We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, while you can also add old mattress recycle, divan bed assembly service for a small extra fee.

Unfortunately we do NOT ship overseas.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking from our customer service team to confirm a provisional delivery date.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and undamaged items. Customized or engraved pieces are non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
  • Store pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.
  • Clean regularly with a soft cloth.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve its shine and longevity.

Yes! We offer personalization services on all our divans. Check the product page for customization options.
